Appointment Cancellation and No Show

A credit card is required for all online reservations. Spa Treatments are reserved specifically for you, we understand that emergencies do come up however, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are not able to keep your appointment. No show appointments will be charged at 50% value.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Please plan on arriving at the spa 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your treatment. This will allow ample time for you to check in, shower, and relax before your first treatment.

Arriving Late

Arriving tardy will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of our treatment will be applied.

What To Bring

We will supply you with a locker room with amenities, including a plush European Day Spa robe. For the treatment you are welcomed to disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments, all areas of the body will be completely covered except the area being treated.

What To Leave At Home

In order to ensure a serene environment for all our guests, we ask that you do not bring cell phones into the spa. We also recommend that you leave jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Health Considerations

Please notify your therapist if you have allergies, physical disabilities, skin conditions, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns. Therapies involving heat are not recommended for pregnant women. However, moms-to-be are welcome to enjoy all other therapies.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the cost of our services. They are subject to personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. Our spa concierge will be able to assist you with providing for your therapists. For your convenience we are able to provide credit card transactions, cash or Venmo/ Zelle.

Methods of Payment

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Please note that a 3.2% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments for Spa Rejuv beginning on March 3, 2025.
