Meet the New Jersey Cosmetic Surgeon’s Staff

Richard Marki, MD

Dr. Richard E. Marki is a highly experienced cosmetic surgery specialist known for his expertise in facial contouring, body sculpting, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in New York City, Dr. Marki now serves patients, in the Bernardsville area where he resides with his wife and two daughters.

Recognized as a Master Injector by Allergan Aesthetics, Dr. Marki is a leader in non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, bio-stimulators such as Sculptra, Radiesse, PDO Threads and advanced laser treatments such as Sciton’s newest Tribrid laser. His precision, artistic approach, and commitment to natural-looking results have made him a trusted provider for patients seeking facial rejuvenation as well as body enhancement.

Dr. Marki developed a passion for cosmetic surgery early in his medical career, dedicating himself to mastering the science and artistry of the human form. He spent 11 years studying and living in Europe, gaining a diverse and global perspective on aesthetic medicine.

Upon returning to the United States, he began his surgical training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and completed his residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. He has continued to advance his expertise through extensive post-doctoral training and remains at the forefront of the latest innovations in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Marki has trained with Dr. Jeffrey Klein, the pioneer of tumescent liposuction, further refining his skills in body contouring and fat reduction techniques.

Triple Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Samuil D. Rafailov is a highly respected, triple board-certified surgeon at Rejuv Cosmetic Center in Bernardsville, New Jersey, he holds certifications in facial cosmetic surgery, cosmetic surgery, and general surgery. Originally from Brooklyn, he earned his undergraduate degree at Brooklyn College and his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his surgical training at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, previously Presbyterian Healthcare Network, followed by an accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship in Spokane, Washington under the excellent tutelage of Dr. John Lundeby, MD, FACS.

Dr. Rafailov believes that patient trust and understanding is just as important as achieving exceptional surgical results. He specializes in blepharoplasty procedures, breast enhancement, liposuction, and advanced body contouring.

He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Meet Dr. Robert Dragotti

Dr. Robert Dragotti is a compassionate, triple board-certified cosmetic surgeon at Rejuv Cosmetic Center in Bernardsville, New Jersey, with more than 15 years of experience and thousands of various procedures. He holds distinguished certifications from the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS), the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS), underscoring his extensive and comprehensive surgical training.

A graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Dragotti completed a rigorous, high-volume general surgery residency in New York City before advancing to an elite cosmetic surgery fellowship in Bellevue, Washington. There, he trained alongside the country’s top experts in cosmetic, plastic, oculoplastic, and facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Dragotti is also particularly known for his expertise in body contouring, liposuction, and breast procedures. His results-driven approach is complemented by a genuine commitment to patient care.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, World Association of Gluteal Surgeons, and The Obesity Society. Mabyane was born and raised in Brazil and is fluent in 3 languages. As a Registered Nurse, Mabyane specializes in Aesthetic Medicine. She has a keen eye for aesthetics and has many years of experience in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Her specialization includes a vast array of treatments including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, skin rejuvenation, RF Microneedling and laser therapy, including laser hair removal.

Committed to mastery and perfection of her craft, she has earned certifications in both injectables and laser treatments, and is a long time member of ISPAN (International Society of Plastic Surgeons and Aesthetic Nurses).
